i don't think you can visibly see it. you just have to go to corner, crouch, lean and name should pop up to press F. the other thing is known bug. If you have 2 quests on same map, only 1 can be tracked (and prioritize is random) example: if therapist has suit case quest at custom active and also skier chemical, only 1 can be found on same map. 2.Dorm room 220 key (Dorm 220) is a Key in Escape from Tarkov.
