The speed 3 can do it ALL including your daily/easy runs. BUT they are wasted on easy runs especially when you have others in your rotation, like taking your Ferrari for grocery shopping. Got Superblast recently and it is a different beast from NB3 and Nimbus 25. While Superblast had a firmer step in feel, the cushioning is superb and responsive. It is light on foot, similar to NB3.
