I was very pleased with customer service and I like that you can extend to a 3 year warranty. My LR3 is glitchy sometimes and gets stuck mid cycle, but it's usually because litter gets stuck under the globe. Once I clean it out, it works fine again. I dont have an order number since this was a gift that I received but I have completely taken the litter box apart l, checked the sensor, checked the track, make sure to detail clean it and it is still getting stuck. The litter robot resets after a cycle, but after a while the red light comes on and thereafter another cycle starts and resets. This happens with no activity. There have aslo been some occasions that the red light flashes without the waste tray being full. The litter is above the fill line or in excess of 10lbs.Power cycled on and off. Unplugged and left for 10 mins. Emptied the litter bin (it only had 1 days worth of waste, but worth a try). Added a little litter to see if weight was the issue. Removed the cover (bonnet), hit it with a blow dryer on low to dislodge any stuck litter. Double checked to make sure it was on a level surface. I'm at a loss.

Those tend to peel up and on mine that peeling was creating resistance that triggered the litter robot to think something was getting trapped or pinched. Really easy to glue back down with a bit of epoxy glue.

The whole bowl gets stuck too often or tells me the bin is filled when there's not a drop of litter in.
