Its basically the break glass in case lf emergency and they just stick two characters together and people will be happy. And anniversary will have Goku and Vegeta or fusion again Even if there's a dual banner with villains, the villains will gets shafted for no reason And the villain will be a slot 2 unit. Aand even if the villain is strong, it will lack a perfect linking partner.That being said, both of these units could do something completely out of left field, and be a surprise. (Remember, the Year 4 LRs had their passives changed within a day of release. So we can't ever be positive on how new units work until they are released). Idk about you guys, but I see a pattern of the units when it comes to Dokkan's anniversary.
