Now as far as build goes Storm sorcerer seems to really benefit from being up close to the enemy. The sorcerers shitty d6 hit die and lack of armor, make that sound rather terrifying. So here's my thoughts. Take at least the first lvl sorc for con saves, then 2 lvls hexblade for armor prof, EB, innovations and the cha to weapon attacks.
