There is a HMI update that helps, most of the time it’s a connection issue. There are several fuses to check, left hand side fuse block inside the vehicle had a couple for the bcm and radio, the right hand side has the infotainment display fuse, I can get numbers. Fuse 18 and Fuse 34 are the main for that circuit.
