I would suggest replacing the MAF Sensor in an effort to get rid of the P0102/P0113 codes. I'm not sure that problem would cause a reduced power though. The P0335/P0651 seem to point to a problem with the Crankshaft Position Sensor. A defect in the 5volt circuit there could cause a reduced power mode.
