The 2.0 Jetta is really slow, but really cheap to maintain and reliable. Like really slow. IMHO...Jetta = better driver ; Camry = more reputable reliability. If you maintain it well, the Jetta will likely be fairly comparable in reliability. I have had three A4 Jettas and one A2. There are no engine options throughout the line. I went from an 2020 SE-R line Tiguan to a 2021 Jetta S and I was afraid that I would miss all of the above mentioned features, and to be completely honest I don’t miss them at all except for the leather wrapped steering wheel. Last month purchased a 2013 Jetta hybrid with 190k. Was operating fine. Check engine light came on. Dealership replaced boost pressure sensor then they said "hybrid" light came on and now it's a bad transmission and the hybrid system is part of transmission and it'll be $9000 to replace. Wtf am I to do all my money was spent on this car ...I am set to buy one tomorrow for 15.5k (seems to be a good price) Don't tell anyone but I got it up to near where the limiter would kick in (127 mph) I was near 120 mph. Let me tell you, that car felt just as composed as it does at 60 mph. The wind noise of course was a lot, but overall I was EXTREMELY impressed.Within two years I only had it serviced for normal wear and tear, oil changes, fuel filter, transmission fluid, etc. With only 93k miles on the Jetta, I had to replace the throttle body, water pump, wiper motor, thermostats, a/c compressor, fuel pump line, spark plugs, pcv valve, fans, etc. Within 1 1/2 years I spend 6+ grand on repairs.Hi everyone.. never had any problems with my 2019 jetta (28000 miles) until yesterday. What’s interesting is how much discrepancy there is. I think it highlights how weak the engine is without turbo spooling. Weird that they were able to make the Jetta feel more expensive than it is, yet made the Mk8 GTI feel cheaper than it is.... 0-60 in 7 despite a piddly 158hp is impressive, beating the Si.

So if you put in 2018 jetta at crutchfield, it will give you much better results. I narrowed it down to 2 way 6.5 inch speakers and got three results. I got the JVC CS-DR621 which are extremely clear but don't have a lot of bass. You want these if you plan on expanding later and adding more bass. The other option i would do is Kenwood KFC-1696PS.

Remove all the ignition coils by pulling the coil up. If the coil does not come out, try twisting it slightly. Use a spark plug socket, extension, and ratchet wrench to remove the spark plug.The only thing I could do at this point was to let the car run out of gas. That took about two hours just idling in my driveway. Since I can't turn the ignition off completely, this meant that the battery got drained as well. I can't even lock the doors. As if that wasn't enough, the key finally gave up and broke off in the ignition.
