There is wear between the wheels/pulleys on which the saw blade rides and the bushings inside the wheels. So now the wheels wobble and the blade comes off. useless!Easy to improve with a couple pieces of scrap 2x4 used as braces. Cut two pieces 24" long so they fit between the legs about 5" below the cast Iron saw base. Add a piece of masking tape on each leg 5" down to aid marking out. If all you had was a 9" saw, then I imagine you would eventually build in/side/out-feed tables for it to handle longer/wider stuff. Same as you have to do on a bigger saw. Having two saws, I just do the bigger stuff on the bigger saw. The HF and Ryobi saws appear to be built on the same design and share many/most of the same parts as the Wen.
