I took the pump off and replaced the main wearable parts that come in the kit. I did not remove the large c-clip that relates the timing, as I understand it. Basically the front seal, head o-ring, miscellaneous o-rings and gasket on the top cover etc..The original part number for the vacuum advance tube was C5NE12226C, but it is no longer available. It is simply a piece of 3/16" O.D tubing bent to go from the manifold to the distributor. The compression nuts at the ends are separate parts and can still be ordered from any New Holland dealer, part number 351112S.

The 6000 I have has been a very good tractor. Yes the pump was juiced up, and it does have a nicer seat than the factory. I did install hydrostatic steering, but over all it is one stronger puller. Comfortable to drive and very quiet. The brakes are very excellent, as good as my 4020 of the same age.
