I've found that if I reset and reconnect the devices, I'm good for a while. The problem I've found is that if the IP address of the wemo's reset and change, I lose them in the app. It's like the IP is somehow indexed in the app, and if it changes, its all gone until you reset and reprogram. Reached out to wemo support but they are worthless.
