Caster Cleric is pretty easy. Max WIS and CON, pure Cleric, max Heal and Spellcraft, metamagic feats to boost your casting DPS. Battle Cleric is another option. I like 14 Clr/6 Barb, War Domain, non-Raging, using Falchions. STR>CON>CHA or CHA>CON if you have the Feydark tree to go CHA based.
