Dalinsia is one of those slower leveling thralls as she is quiet strong. People nowadays go for Teimos the Beastmaster as he is on par (if not better in many cases) than Dalinsia and is also a lot faster to level up due to being classified as a "weaker" thrall (because he belongs to the Black Hand faction I think).
