I had a problem recently with a instant crash at startup, I went crazy, deleted everything 2-3 times to find out that it was Steamvr’s fault. I had to delete a file in the openvr folder. I didnt read through all the post but I suggest: if you find the mod that is causing this, uninstall it and then reinstall it.

EDIT: I finally found the culprit! I used procmon to monitor what the .exe is trying to access and right before the crash it tried to read a leftover invalid .symlink for a texture left behind from NMM. With my task manager, the skyrim se disappeared. When i run my FNIS, it says a thing call 0_master.hkx is missing.
