A very irritating company, slow check out and scam damage reporting. A very irritating company. Their saving grace is that they typically have some of the best-equipped rental cars. But it stops there. No rental company is as poor administratively in time taken to pick up a car - never less than 15 minutes.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Sixt in Lithuania. I returned the rental car without any issues, and to my surprise, three-fourths of a day later, I received an invoice for cleaning fees, totaling an exorbitant €120, supposedly for a small amount of sand on the back seat.1/ Non-functioning rear view camera and not understood by staff. 2/ scratches on right side told to be ok when leaving but challenged on return (no staff communication). 3/ Back trunk was soaking wet. Otherwise, great car. The rear view camera was a very serious problem and could only use side mirrors.
