The answer used to be yes, and afaik nothing has changed surrounding that. Stretched res was never against the rules. Using a FOV slider is. Never was bannable it’s just locked to 16:9 aspect ratio so you lose FOV unlike the OG stretched res that everyone loved where you used to gain FOV.
