The Anking deck should be used in supplement with the sketchy videos (i.e. watch a video, do the associated cards, repeat). In addition, the anki decks are essentially most of FA in card form. In response to your question, I think Pepper Pharm is 1318 cards covering 90% of the material likely to appear on Step 1. Anking Pharm is probably 6000 cards that covers 95%. Anking pixorize is absurd and for example, had ~63 cards for purine excretion vs 16 maybe for dweller. Personally love adytumdweller deck however sometimes take the cards that have 3 or so listing items and make them all one card. I downloaded the compressed Pepper deck form a post on this subreddit and modified it because I wanted to study video by video.
