Jun 15, 2016 · I just got a 2011 550 Sportsman eps touring. I am slowly working my way through the fluids. Last night I changed the front differential fluid. The manual says that it should hold 9.3 OZ. The capacity was no where near 9.3 oz. I think it may have held closer to 5 or 6 oz.

I use Mobile1 GL5 75-90W synthetic in the rear diff and Polaris Demand Drive fuild up front FWIW. Manual does state that GL5 80-90 for rear is acceptable equiv to Polaris product. Does anyone think the Mobile1 product will cause an issue being that the weight range is slightly different? I didn't think it would matter.
