Hi, I have the same problem. Unfortunately the app won’t pick up entries made to the account on the website. The device syncs with the app, but the alarms that now seem to be deleted on the website account clearly are still there on the app, and entering new alarms on the website doesn’t correspond to the device through the app.

A recent firmware update seems to have removed this capability from mobile apps and it seems it is only possible to do this on the watch itself.
