The Leave ending cycles because failure repeats the cycle. The Memory doesn't kill Ariane and she forgets us. Promise, ties Memory somewhat together but ultimately a tragic ending with little ties or reference to the massive lore of Signalis. Artifact, is by far the most lore and confusion inducing ending that has to be played segment by segment and use everything you learned in the game to know what the fuck it actually all meant.
