Happening to me too. 27 hours into the game, and running on near ultra without any crashes. Once I got to Novigrad, it crashes constantly. It's getting seriously annoying at this point. Had about 10-15 crashes so far, some in rapid succession. I've done all of the suggestions to prevent the crashing but that didn't work.

Yeah, I do that. But I mean on the big map they don't show up in Novigrad for some reason, even after meditating. It's a pain. Doesn't seem to affect anything but the important things. lol. The blacksmith at the fishmarket in novigrad is gone. Help! I’ve tried coming back at different times of the day but he just isn’t there. Dont worry, even if he doesnt come back there is a really good one in novigrad you’ll have to do a quest for. Until then use the other blacksmiths in velen.
