I got the robe 4 times before finally getting the hat and boots, but it only took me a day and under 6 hours. It was probably 4 hours total if you don't include the 2+ hours I spent soloing and also farming zigazag. Also I solo-ed waterworks on one of those runs which took a bit longer so it really doesn't take that long to get waterworks gear. 2.

It is a super fun dungeon! the one guy at the storm mill, I cant remember his name, but he gives you the quest to get in to crab alley. Storm damage:66, Ice damage:31; Storm resist:26, Ice resist:34; Storm accuracy:22, Ice accuracy:9; Storm critical:151, Ice critical:110, Storm block 57, Ice block: 75. If fire is 8% less than death, then what about storm!!! Storm does MUCH more damage then fire or death!!! From the looks of things, Fire has higher health, block, and resistance than Storm, but Storm has the higher crit rating and damage boosts...Boots give critical, damage, and resist with some power pip as well. Option 2. Keep the Water works hat and robe and craft the block boots in azteca so that you get a bit of resist and more block than crit. Sometimes it's beneficial to change things for certain fights, like more specific resist for a certain boss, or an item that ... hubbards hardware Waterworks may be easier to farm for at first since you can respawn at least one of the bosses. House of scales is a bit more offensive gear, lots opt for the robe and hat from there. I think the waterworks boots are best though. I might have the hat and boots switched in my head though. Also, I'm told you'll often find maxes running ww for snacks. Waterworks is a great location to farm for level 60 gear, mastery amulets for other schools, and mega snacks to train your pet. The hat, robe, and boots you get here are powerful enough to last you up until level 100, so it is definitely worth it to farm for at least a few runs.
