If that screw were moved down a bit it would probably help with both issues. Still, I haven't seen a better option for the XDM elite 4.5. and it is a good quality holster.
A few months ago i wasn't having much luck finding holsters for my XDm OSP 4.5 9mm, but I was happy to find a lot of different companies are coming out with some models that fit XDM OSP with suppressor sights, red dot, and lights.
