I dig it, but I would place the dining/rec-room under your extremely large hospital. Make either a walk in freezer for the meals, or use the storage mod that gives you wall fridges. I think with the diner more central, you get a better flow trough the base. If you've got room above the kitchen/food storage, I would place the inner gardens there.
