PearsonVue says 48 business hours but they do have quick results available on weekends and holidays. I know it for a fact because I took both my NCLEX-PN and NCLEX- RN on a Thursday and Friday. My results were up on Saturday AND Sunday. As well, I had several friends who's 48 hrs fell on a holiday.

Congrats! I found out I passed the nclex a few days ago. I myself decided not to do the PVT trick because I didn't want to risk $200 and I think waiting and doing it properly is much more meaningful and memorable. Plus, whether you see the "good pop up" or "bad pop up", it's still not for certain until the quick result is available.
