The only thing you can do is bind what you want to say after every kill to a button which is easy to access and press it after every kill. bind <key> say " [chat message goes here]" Type this into console and then change the key and the chat message to what you want. go into the developer console (to get it simply go to advanced settings and check its box). when you're in it then just type "bind [random button] explode" which causes your character to turn into gibs or "bind [random button] kill" which simply causes them to drop dead.
