My 90 yr old mother (who lives in assisted living facility) cannot use the remote to get the programs she wants to watch. It's too complicated for her. I can't even get her to correctly use the voice activation feature. I tried downloading the xfinity remote control app, but it won't work even though her account is linked to my xfinity account.
