Tara is EXCELLENT at cutting hair. She WILL fix your bad haircut. I know this first hand, as she has salvaged my hair from two horrible haircuts created by other stylists not at her salon. Recently, Tara managed to fix the horrible decisions and problems so well that I went from despair to delight in 15 minutes.
