I just tested an 11x11x18 turbine (max size according to the wiki) with 80 dispersers, 81 vents, 28 blades, and 81 coils. It accepts 1,296,000 mB/tick of steam and produces 51.84 MRF/tick. However, a reactor with an injection rate of 98 produces 3,675,000 mB/tick of steam, so I'm only using 1/3 of the reactor's potential.
