I’m using bolt of gransax, got 40 Dex and 60 faith rn. Using mostly lightning incantations. My bolt can hit for 2500-4000 depending on resistances/buffs. I don’t have the upgraded incantation necklace yet, but even with most of my stuff going towards the bolt of gransax WA, my regular lightning incantations hit super hard. ESPECIALLY.

If Elden Ring is comparable to DS, 20 is more than enough for NG PVE. I think it's going to depend on what you find while you're exploring. If you find a weapon that needs more dex, bump that a bit. If you don't immediately need dex or faith as a requirement to equip something pump vigor and or endurance.
