Even though I probably have a dynamic IP address through Xfinity, they say more than 1 IP address change in 24 hours is unusual. I am reportedly the only person at the company that is happens to.

Regardless, I don't see any way to do this in the Xfinity app. As I noted above, rebooting the router got 10.0.0.1 back, so I was able to change what I needed to change.
