You can buy them from the nightwave directly, but I'd suggest that you instead buy aura mods and sell them for platinum, then buy the reactor/catalyst with that. Warframe.market is the community's auction house, use that website to set up trades and you can make enough platinum to get all the reactors and catalysts you need.
