For the current mission table, the combat is going to proceed in essentially exactly the same way every time. Very few abilities have a choice of targets, so all the units basically attack and use their abilities on their predetermined targets on cooldown. NF are still super powerful at the mission table, though. I basically only send one champion per mission (fill the rest with either 3/1 trappers/tender, or 4 trappers, depending) and never fail, although I sometimes have to swap stuff around a bit until I get a good sim (using Venture Plan makes this much more predictable).

It's kind of funny that they tried to add an element of strategy to the Shadowlands mission table to improve on the mindless and simplistic versions from previous expansions. Then the community just creates addons to automate everything and revert the entire system back to the mindless mission tables from the previous expansions.
