If you want a social life with lots of clubs ,sports and opportunities. DO NOT ATTEND PENN STATE BERKS. The food at the dining hall is less than subpar and they have maybe 8 clubs that you're able to join and about 5 sports. It's a great school for commuters but as for the dorms, they look like jail cells.
