A max sized turbine of 17x18x17 with 14 layers of rotors (28 blades) can handle 11,040,000 mB/t of steam. I would also recommend using the heat generated by the reactor to run Industrial Boilers to provide steam for the Industrial Turbine. A little more resources but I once had a reactor providing enough heat to heat 4 boilers which in turn fed 4 full-size Turbines for >1 Grf/t.
