You don't need an amiibo if you just want to spoof level 0 amiibos. You are actually able to name, register and level up a non-existent amiibo but this amiibo will not learn and you will not be able to modify it's attributes. If you do want to edit attributes and make a godlike amiibo you first need to register your initial amiibo.From what I've found is you can spoof a scan if there's a scanner connected otherwise it won't do anything. So I think you'd have to trick the system into thinking there's a reader connected, then spoof it. That makes sense, however it won't stop me trying until I've decided to shell out the cash for a reader.The next best thing is having the phone act as a Pro controller. That requires root because of new verification added to consoles. You have to spoof a specific hardware type. The last alternative, and the one that most end up using, would be either a reusable tag (Power Tag / N2) or the single use NTAG215 tags.There's action replay powersaves that act as a rewriteable amiibo. But otherwise - typically when an nfc card/coin is written, it can't be rewritten. Similarly, amiibos can't typically be rewritten. Yeah, I'm not talking about rewriting amiibos. I already know how to make/spoof amiibos, as I've been doing it for a while now.
