Similar to its Predator cousin, it fulfills a dedicated fire support role on the battlefield. Its main weapon consists of either a Battle Cannon or twin Autocannons. It is more of a rolling fortress than a titan but its still called a gargant so it counts. Since as a single build unit I don't think it quiet makes the cut for the most powerful titan class.
