For Kha, the %HP dmg is laughable. Non-existent vs squishes, and vs tanks, if u need %HP dmg playing an assassin to duel tanks, I got some news for u. U can go bruiser Kha, but then again, the dmg is literally marginal, and on a ~15s CD (non-reducible with haste afaik). 15s is a lot more than u need to duel a tank as a bruiser Kha.At least for me, I use it for bruiser kha.
